The History of Elisabeth Weinstock:
'In 1991, Weinstock founded Coton Blanc, a sexy knit loungewear and sleepwear collection, carried in boutiques and major department stores including Barneys New York, Bergdorf Goodman and Harrods.
In 2002, she opened Elisabeth Weinstock Design, an interior design firm, creating and constructing one-of-a-kind specialty pieces to help transform rooms around the world. The Box collection premiered at Maxfield in 2008 to both consumer and editorial acclaim. From a 4’ tall jewelry armoire to a 4’ x 6’ cufflink case, the collection covered cubes of various shapes and sizes with exotic skin in a wide array of colors.
A premier bag collection followed in 2011. From iPad cases to purses, clutches and her trademark dopp kits, this collection bore an array of exotic skins and leathers and is now sold in many high-end specialty stores.
Weinstock’s latest canvas is her new West Hollywood store. Built in the 1930s, it is an enchanting union of Classic European warmth and Hollywood modernity. Guests will be treated to an exclusive intimate showcasing of Him, Her and Home items in an unconventional segmented home showcase. There is the “Living Room” full of one-of-a-kind glamorous furniture pieces and accessories, the "Dining Room" for hosting private affairs and dinner parties, a proper gentleman's "Man Cave" where James Bond would likely spark up a Havana whilst sipping a martini, and a “Boudoir” that is reminiscent of a chic atelier and showcases the brand’s special jewelry box collection and renowned premier bag line.' - www.elisabethweinstock.com
