As its the first week of the wimbledon tennis tournaments I thought it was only right to blog about one of the most noticeable things about the tournaments. If you haven't guessed it already it's the fact they are all in white!
If you haven't got into wearing white yet why not fill out a small section of your wardrobe with white!!
All the details for the items in the picture are below.
Another thing to watch that I found really interesting. It doesn't surprise me that I was highly interested in all the information that I absorbed from watching this video. If you love fashion, culture and carnival then you'll love this!
DJ DannyD uploaded a new mix today called 'Neo Soca'. Due to the success of the Neo Soca Show this mix is definitely going to go down well! You can also listen to DJ DannyD on the Neo Soca Show every Sunday, 2-3pm on Bang Radio (103.6 FM).
Support DJ DannyD as he continues along his very successful journey.
Although this isn't something you can read I thought it was something quite valuable to watch. The clothes are put together so well but you wouldn't expect nothing less from the BOSS professionals.
Have you been watching the apprentice?!? I have, I'm slightly hooked on the show just to see who gets fired next and ultimately who gets hired at the end of the show, even know the official filming has most probably ended.
I just happened to be looking on the internet and saw that one of the fired contestants actually opened up her online fashion boutique.
About a week ago me and my mum went to the UCA Epsom open day to find out a bit more about the uni courses and accommodation. Coincidentally there was also a show going on which I anticipated to be small but it was actually quite lengthy. A lengthy exhibition/gallery to me is never perceived as a bad thing as it automatically means that there is a range of work from a variety of perspectives.
Take a look at the rest of the exhibition highlights ...
The best day to go to the LCF Graduate Show I think would be on 1st July. Although it's the last day you can go home on a high and watch the LCF 2013 Runway Show straight after at 6pm. This live catwalk stream will be showcasing a selection of work from the undergraduates of London College of Fashion.
You can also view the running order of the catwalk here beforehand and have a quick sneak peak of what garments you may see strutting down that catwalk!
Knowing that I'm definitely going to uni in September to study fashion makes me want to come out of my comfort zone even more.
A few of these items I wouldn't be able to wear every day (like item 6 and 10) due to the London weather but the others may find there way into my wardrobe when I do my next big shop!
If you're out and about in East London then I think it would be worth your while going down to the Londonewcastle Project Space to see the graduate exhibition that is taking place from the 20th June to 1st July. Check out the details below :).
I found this video by clicking on a few different links whilst reading stuff which I've put on my new page 'Something To Read ...'. Watching the rotation on looks on the board and hearing Martine Rose speak about her new collection actually got me thinking.
I thought I would make a new page on inspiring or interesting things that I have been recently reading. Even though they may not be very current, like today's news or yesterday's news, most of them can still have the same effect a month later.
No matter who you are a good night sleep is so vital so why not sleep in style with LC Lauren Conrad Bedding!!!
Lauren's new bedding collection is very feminine and focuses on details such as ruffles and floral prints. Watching Lauren's progress all the way from the days she was on Laguna Beach has made me admire her progress and it reassures me that the path I want in life can really happen. What Lauren has achieved since coming off The Hills is amazing, it's the success that everyone should aim for!
These are my favourite pieces of bedding from the new collection:
Searching around for items to pack in my suitcase bikini's have definitely been my number one search. I have already bought four but I am always looking for any new finds that can top what I already have. I also had a look at a few one pieces just to make sure I covered all bases of places I may end up going to, like water parks.
The Top 5 bikini's I'm looking at right now:

I went to the Funny Tummy Art Exhibition on Saturday and surprisingly I was even more amazed looking at the art in person than I was when I was looking at Funny Tummy's artwork online. I always admire people that have the ability to draw to an extremely high standard and pay so much attention to detail. I think there is an added pressure for artists especially when it comes to faces or something that living because there is always a comparison to the real thing. Creative people are exceptionally talented whatever their area of specialism may be in my opinion.
The last date for the Funny Tummy Exhibition is 30th June so make sure you pop a long and go check it out!!!
All the details for the above artworks are listed below.
No matter how much I think about purchasing something from the Benjart site something just never goes to plan. In the next couple of months I better have something with a Benjart swing tag it's not even funny anymore. To be honest I think I've just been putting it off but one of these items below will be mine soon!!! I've been making up silly songs the last couple of weeks about wearing black and black but when it comes to my four favourite items from Benjart black on black really works.
All details for the items in the picture are listed below.
This year I was lucky enough to get three tickets to attend Graduate Fashion Week yesterday. I had tickets to see the 8pm showing which was UCA Epsom's show and what was the most exciting about watching the show was the thought of my collection being on the runway one day. In September I should be going to UCA Epsom so it was really useful to see what could be produced at the end of the three year course.
All the collections were visually exciting and complex. Maybe it seems like that to me because I haven't started studying fashion to the extent these graduates have at UCA.
I have just under a month before I go away and I don't even think I have a suitable suitcase to take away with me. I really wanted something that could stand out from the crowd because it would be so easy to spot when waiting for my luggage at arrivals. Looking at the Cath Kidston range in the shops and online made me think why not! What have I got to lose by buying this suitcase. The reviews were so positive it must mean that this suitcase is perfect for my holiday, if only they had the dimensions on the website.
As well as this suitcase I was looking at the Bloomsbury floral print one. I really want to come out of my comfort zone and go for it, but I really don't know. Should I?
River Island are giving away five pairs of tickets to the Isle of Wight Festival in June. The closing date for this competition is the 5th June so HURRY!!!
Make sure you read the terms and conditions though because you have to be over 18 and a UK resident. Oh yeah and you're only allowed to have one entry per household to give a summary.
