(#kcevents) New York Fashion Week Live!

I just found a website where you can watch New York Fashion Week Live. In between live shows you can watch re-broadcasts of previous fashion shows whilst you wait. Fantastic I know, but sadly enough I can stay in all day to watch all the shows. I can't stay in until Thursday either but I'm sure I can catch a few shows.

(#kcevents) UCA Epsom End Of Year Show

About a week ago me and my mum went to the UCA Epsom open day to find out a bit more about the uni courses and accommodation. Coincidentally there was also a show going on which I anticipated to be small but it was actually quite lengthy. A lengthy exhibition/gallery to me is never perceived as a bad thing as it automatically means that there is a range of work from a variety of perspectives.

Take a look at the rest of the exhibition highlights ...

(#kcevents) LCF 2013 Runway Show - LIVE STREAM

The best day to go to the LCF Graduate Show I think would be on 1st July. Although it's the last day you can go home on a high and watch the LCF 2013 Runway Show straight after at 6pm. This live catwalk stream will be showcasing a selection of work from the undergraduates of London College of Fashion.

(on Monday 1st July)

You can also view the running order of the catwalk here beforehand and have a quick sneak peak of what garments you may see strutting down that catwalk!

(#kcevents) Funny Tummy @ The Royal Albert Hall

I went to the Funny Tummy Art Exhibition on Saturday and surprisingly I was even more amazed looking at the art in person than I was when I was looking at Funny Tummy's artwork online. I always admire people that have the ability to draw to an extremely high standard and pay so much attention to detail. I think there is an added pressure for artists especially when it comes to faces or something that living because there is always a comparison to the real thing. Creative people are exceptionally talented whatever their area of specialism may be in my opinion.

The last date for the Funny Tummy Exhibition is 30th June so make sure you pop a long and go check it out!!!

All the details for the above artworks are listed below.

(#kcevents) UCA Epsom @ Graduate Fashion Week

This year I was lucky enough to get three tickets to attend Graduate Fashion Week yesterday. I had tickets to see the 8pm showing which was UCA Epsom's show and what was the most exciting about watching the show was the thought of my collection being on the runway one day. In September I should be going to UCA Epsom so it was really useful to see what could be produced at the end of the three year course.

All the collections were visually exciting and complex. Maybe it seems like that to me because I haven't started studying fashion to the extent these graduates have at UCA.
