(#kcstyle) New In For Summer @ Next for Women

During one of my internet shopping browsing sessions I came across loads of things I liked in Next. I'm actually quite shocked at the amount of things that I found on the website because I wouldn't normally browse through the Next clothes but something told me I should. I love it when a gut feeling turns out to be a positive one!

(#kcstyle) Next Key Trends for Summer 2013

Getting back in the swing of things in terms of blogging has been hard but I would like to say I'm officially back. All the main sections of my FMP (Final Major Project) are done only need to do the final finishing touches and get my exhibition up. I can't wait! All my hard work is finally paying off and now it's time to fully focus on #klosetcloset for the summer.

I was searching the internet yesterday and I saw this video on youtube by Next which focuses on their key trends for the summer season. I really hope that we get the summer that that UK needs because the snow was falling for farrr too long.

The key trends covered in this video (above) are Clashing Brights; New Nautical; Monochrome; Prints and Pattern; Cool Blue; Ibiza Style; Tailor Made Colours; and Lace Luxe.

(#kcstyle) Too over the top?

I was looking through one of my recent Elle magazines and one page really inspired me (page on the left) and I saw a reoccurring theme of fully embellished outfits. So I had a quick look in several other shops that sell embellished items that are attainable in the average persons price bracket.

I didn't want to put anything up that I wouldn't wear myself even though I did come across a few items I found interesting in the shops but I didn't include them.

Can you ever get too over the top with embellishments?
