Chelsea Bravo is an up and coming menswear designer. Based in London, her collections are produced in United Kingdom.

With a fairly dark colour palette Chelsea definetley knows how to work with colour, shape, and texture to make her designs stand out.

"Grecian style drapery with a masculine twist"

A range of alterations have been made to the well-known playsuit there are also angular seamed jumpers to allowing draping of highlighted areas on the garment. These garments also included cowl fronted jerseys.

A few words that came into my head when viewing this collection, Soft Armour are 

"fresh"

and

"contemporary"

'The inspiration for this collection derives from the emotion and experience of love and the break down of a man's ego. The male ego is looked upon in the context of a relationship and how a man uses his ego as a facade and a way of protecting himself; almost like an invisible armour. Love is then taken as an antagonist, a weapon that affects and breaks down his ego and brings him into a state of weakness and vulnerability.











The muscle construction in a male is reference and was used to inspire panelling details and shapes. The shapes were then used to inspire the construction of each garment, developing silhouettes and entire pieces within the collection.
