I love hearing about people that come from nothing and use a small amount of money to start up what they love. Reading up about this company I saw that Nanette went to New York City with her talent, tenacity and a $5,000 loan from her father to launch her own label.

Nanette Lepore recently announced the launch of its home collection, in partnership with Peking Handicraft. Planned to launch in June Nanette Lepore Villa offers  a range of bedding and home gift products that will be using prints and details from the label's ready-to-wear designs.
